Workshop 8: Saggar firing with botanicals

In this workshop we will explore the ancient method of saggar firing using raw clay slip on fabric (and foil) to create the saggar. Various materials such as copper, copper sulphate, salt, organic matter and botanicals, ferric chloride, and others will be added to your pots. The pots with saggars will be fired in our raku kiln. You can bring two pots for this firing.
