Clay in therapeutic practice: An experiential CPD programme for arts therapists
This six-part experiential workshop series supports arts therapists and mental health professionals in exploring how to bring clay into their therapeutic work. CPD accreditation (3 CPDs per module).
Facilitated by Kate Shand.
Kate is an HPCSA-registered Art Therapist (AT 0001880), part-time lecturer (UJ), and co-owner of the Melville Mudroom pottery school. She brings over a decade of integrative practice – from art therapy with children and teenagers, to community clay projects and clay retreats – grounded in her own clay journey and a deep belief in its therapeutic and transformational potential.
